This Privacy Policy describes how Clear Height Advisors LLC and its affiliates (including Clear Height Acquisitions LLC) (collectively, “Clear Height,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information about you when you visit www.clearheightadvisors.com (the “Site”), submit a form, communicate with us by email, phone, or text message, or otherwise interact with our commercial real estate brokerage and investment services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you fill out a contact form, request information about a property, subscribe to communications, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:
- Name, title, and company name
- Email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Property interests, transaction details, and investment criteria
- Any other information you choose to provide
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
- Referring URLs and approximate geographic location (derived from IP address)
- Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

3. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Clear Height, the following terms apply:
- Opt-In: You may receive SMS messages only after providing express consent, such as by submitting a form, replying to a message, or otherwise affirmatively requesting communications from us.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send you further marketing text messages.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the information provided in Section 12.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the SMS service (such as messaging platforms) is permitted only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude mobile opt-in data and consent. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information about you in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as CRM, email and SMS delivery, analytics, hosting, payment processing, mailing, and professional services. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
- Counterparties and Partners: In the course of marketing or completing a real estate transaction, with prospective buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, brokers, attorneys, title companies, escrow agents, and similar parties.
- Affiliates: With affiliated entities under common ownership or control with Clear Height Advisors LLC.
- Legal Requirements: When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clear Height, our clients, or others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- With Your Consent: When you direct us to share information with a third party.
As stated in Section 3, mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the effectiveness of our communications. You may set your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Site may not function properly if you do.

6. Your Choices
- Email: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by emailing us at the address in Section 12.
- Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
- Phone Calls and Voicemails: You may ask us not to contact you by phone by responding to any call or voicemail or by emailing us.
- Direct Mail: You may ask to be removed from our mailing list by contacting us.
- Cookies: Most browsers allow you to control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete the information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
